Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time
All Yes Curls hair extensions are customized by texture and curl pattern to ensure the highest quality and most natural blend. Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and customization before shipment. Orders placed during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or edited. Please confirm that all information is accurate at checkout, including your address, email, and phone number.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-Day) or FedEx 2Day depending on the delivery location. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping does not include processing time

Delivery window: 2 business days after shipment

No weekend or holiday deliveries

PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS only

FedEx deliveries are unavailable for PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Yes Curls does not currently offer international shipping.

 

Shipping & Delivery Considerations
Please allow at least 2–3 weeks from order placement to account for processing, shipping, and any potential delays before scheduling hair appointments, travel, or special events.

Yes Curls is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

- Carrier service disruptions

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Acts of nature (weather, natural disasters, etc.)

- Holidays or carrier volume surges

 

Signature Requirement
All shipments require a signature for delivery. If no one is available, USPS and FedEx may hold the package for a limited number of days. Customers are responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup. Unclaimed packages will be marked as undeliverable and returned to sender.

 

Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Yes Curls due to an incorrect address, failure to sign, or unclaimed pickup, it will be restocked and a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping charge and a $25 restocking fee.

We are unable to reship returned packages. A new order must be placed using the corrected shipping information. Please note: inventory and pricing are not guaranteed at the time of reorder.

 

Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. This includes apartment, suite, or unit numbers. Yes Curls is not responsible for:

- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Carrier delivery errors

- Delivery refusal or inability to access the delivery location

Delayed or Lost Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you believe your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All Yes Curls hair extensions are made to order and custom-curated to match natural curl patterns. Because of the nature of our product and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final once the product has been shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges on Used Hair
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened hair is not eligible for return or exchange. Hair must remain in its original packaging, unaltered, and unworn in order to qualify for review.

 

Product Quality Guarantee
Each order goes through a quality control process before shipping. However, if you believe you received a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact the Hair Concierge within 7 days of your delivery date. If your concern is verified, a replacement will be issued. No refunds will be provided.

Supporting documentation (photos or video) may be required to initiate a quality investigation.

 Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Yes Curls is not responsible for lost packages or delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before submitting payment. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or edited.

 Returned Packages / Refused Shipments
Packages marked as undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information or failure to accept delivery will be restocked and issued as store credit, minus the original shipping charge and a $50 restocking fee.

Yes Curls does not guarantee inventory or pricing for reorders.

 Final Sale & Promotional Items
All promotional items, discounted products, and limited-time offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
