Not when used correctly. Yes Curls provides guidance on safe installation, proper moisture care, and how to use clip-ins as a true protective style.

With proper care, Yes Curls clip-ins can last up to 3 years—longer than most curly extensions on the market.

 

 

How do I care for my clip-ins?
A full Care Guide is provided with each order. Key care tips include:

  • Always remove clip-ins at night

  • Cleanse with sulfate-free shampoo

  • Deep condition to maintain softness and definition

  • Gently detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb

  • Let air dry or diffuse on low

How long does it take to style them?
Most users are able to style Yes Curls clip-ins in approximately 20 minutes or less—ideal for busy schedules or quick transformations.

 

 

Can clip-ins be worn while working out?
Yes. Yes Curls clip-ins are moisture-friendly and can withstand workouts. Follow care tips to refresh and maintain definition as needed.

 

 

How many sets or bundles are needed?
For clip-ins: One set is ideal for most natural looks. For extra volume or longer styles, two sets are recommended.
For bundles: Two bundles are recommended for natural volume (up to 18 inches). Three bundles are recommended for fuller volume or lengths 22 to 26 inches.
Yes Curls clip-ins and bundles provide more hair per set than typical brands, offering fuller looks with fewer pieces.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Yes Curls hair extensions are custom-crafted to match natural curl patterns. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and production. Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2 business days via USPS Priority or FedEx 2Day.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Yes Curls ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes. All Yes Curls orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If no one is available to sign, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule or arrange pickup.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes Curls ships to PO Boxes via USPS only. FedEx shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

What if my package is delayed or returned to sender?
If a package is returned to Yes Curls due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to claim, store credit will be issued minus shipping and a $25 restocking fee. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address entry are not the responsibility of Yes Curls.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

Can I return or exchange my hair extensions?
Because all Yes Curls hair is made to order and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, worn, or opened hair.

What if I believe my hair is defective or not up to standard?
Yes Curls performs thorough quality checks before shipping, but if you believe your hair does not meet our quality standards, contact the Hair Concierge within 7 days of delivery. A replacement may be issued after review and documentation. Refunds are not provided.

What if my package is returned to sender?
Returned packages are restocked and a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a $25 restocking fee. Yes Curls does not reship returned orders—customers must place a new order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
No. Due to our custom processing model, all orders are final once placed and cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.

How to choose the right texture:
Finding the perfect match starts with understanding natural curl pattern and styling goals:

  • 3B/3C – Spiral curls with visible spring, looser coils

  • 4A – Tighter coils, more defined S-pattern

  • 4B/4C – Tight, densely packed coils, more shrinkage, less defined curl
